Sony Ericsson has unveiled their latest addition to the Xperia phone line, the Xperia ray. It boasts a 1GHz processor, a scratch-resistant 3.3″ Reality Display (854 x 480) and a Mobile BRAVIA Engine. Android 2.3 is the OS and it also has Facebook integration.Other features include an 8.1-megapixel camera with the Exmore R sensor, a front facing camera for video calling, 4GB microSD card preloaded (expandable up to 32GB), and a 1500mAh battery. Plus it is all in a package that’s just 9.4mm thin.
